I can understand the cultural side of this argument but also it's a business, if the individual rooms where being taken out they should of explained to them that they aren't offered anymore and then say about the booking outside of regular hours for an additional fee from the get go not the day after when they've come back

A business is built around its own business model in order to remain profitable and be able to offer best quality. Customers who need special services cannot dictate whether a business is willing and able to meet special requests. If someone sees opportunity here to make money this way, let them provide this type of service at the appropriate cost. Let it be called "concierge beauty service" at concierge prices. Generally, however, these people cannot demand anything as though they have any special rights.
