Τραγανά Κολοκυθάκια Τηγανητά σαν της Ταβέρνας – Το Μυστικό για Τέλειο Αποτέλεσμα! 2 κολοκυθάκια 2 αυγά αλάτι 50 γρ. αλεύρι γ.ο.χ. 50 γρ. κορν φλάουρ Φρυγανιά τζατζίκι Κόβουμε τα κολοκυθάκια στη μέση, με το ειδικό εργαλείο αφαιρούμε το εσωτερικό τους, τα ξύνουμε με ένα πιρούνι και τα κόβουμε σε λεπτές ροδέλες. Τα βάζουμε σε ένα μπολ, αλατίζουμε καλά και περιμένουμε 10’. Σκουπίζουμε καλά τα κολοκυθάκια. Σε ένα μπολ βάζουμε 50 γρ. αλεύρι γ.ο.χ., 50 γρ. κορν φλάουρ και ανακατεύουμε. Βάζουμε μέσα τα κολοκυθάκια, τα χτυπάμε να φύγει το έξτρα αλεύρι, τα βουτάμε στο μπολ με τα αυγά και στη συνέχεια στο μπολ με τη φρυγανιά. Τηγανίζουμε σε ηλιέλαιο στους 170 μέχρι να πάρουν χρώμα, τα βγάζουμε σε απορροφητικό χαρτί και σερβίρουμε με λίγο τζατζίκι. ENGLISH 2 zucchini 2 eggs salt 50 g all-purpose flour 50 g cornflour breadcrumbs tzatziki Cut the zucchini in half, remove the inside with the special tool, scrape them with a fork and cut them into thin slices. Put them in a bowl, salt them well and wait 10’. Dry the zucchini well. In a bowl, put 50 g all-purpose flour, 50 g cornflour and mix. Put the zucchini in, beat them to remove the extra flour, dip them in the bowl with the eggs and then in the bowl with the breadcrumbs.
