@alexclappgolf: EVERY GREAT BACKSWING HAS THIS. A lot of golfers are so scared of “rolling the forearms” that they remove forearm rotation completely. That can create just as many problems. As the backswing develops, you need an element of forearm rotation to help the club set and organise correctly. Without enough of it, the club can get across the line, the trail arm can get trapped, and the shaft can get stuck underneath you in transition. The key is timing. You don’t want to aggressively roll the forearms in the takeaway. But as the club works up, that rotation needs to blend naturally into the backswing. That helps create: ✔ Better trail-arm structure ✔ Better wrist conditions ✔ A more organised clubface ✔ A club that’s easier to shallow ✔ Less getting stuck underneath Every elite backswing has some degree of forearm rotation. It’s not about removing the movement. It’s about getting the right amount at the right time. Stay until the end to see the before-and-after skillestapp overlay — the difference in structure is huge. 👊🏼 #golfswing #backswing #golftips #golfcoach #golfdrills
