I'm pretty sure something can be done to avoid or prevent this from happening. it's a playground for kids and not for everyone. Unless they are harmless then nothing to worry but the possible trauma which no one would subscribe definitely...

I have seen snakes a lot lately on pavement. be it babies or adult snakes, I have seen it..actually quite fearful..

This is non venomous though Punggol do have lots of vipers. but snakes largely avoid humans. If we keep a distance they harm us.
