Last week, I went to Home Affairs to make a smart card ID and the queue was stagnant, not even that long. I couldn't stand it. I left and went to Standard Bank to do my Smart ID card there. I didn't even spend more than 20 minutes. a few days later, my ID card was delivered. The South African government always makes me want to choose the private sector even when I want to give them the benefit of doubt
