No. It’s a simple direct thrust, right down the middle. A gentle breeze could push it off target, and if it’s parried, you’re dead.

Last one seems like the best counter to this move👍 I am sure there are other methods. Would you say this is a modern technique or is there a treatise for it! I am curious of the methodology of it.
