Facts dude , dk why people do this I explain complex topics at kindergarten level and they start trolling n joking abt it to the point where even I have subconsciously stopped thinking about said ideas cuz it makes me feels cringe or corny or larpy or performative even when I am genuinly interested . I hate it when people do that don’t know what makes them feels so good about shutting someone down like that . I think they do understand it but don’t wanna confront that it’s factually correct because it shatters beliefs they currently hold , beliefs so dear to them that they need those beliefs to simply exist otherwise they will collapse , hearing a contradiction to those beliefs makes them feel pain . They have these belief because of some sort of hurt n trauma they had before . Only if they thought and though and were brave enough to sit with their mind
