@kelsicasey797: Activate yeast in 35-38℃ warm milk for 5 minutes. Mix it with sugar, egg, flour and salt, then add softened butter and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rise twice in a warm environment. Roll the deflated dough into a thin rectangle, spread cinnamon butter filling on it, roll it up and cut into small pieces. Bake at 190℃ until golden, then brush sugar syrup on the hot rolls.
