@lavi3nkyrose: Clearing up these misunderstandings. Flins doesn’t “suck” without Ineffa. If you don’t have him properly built, he would suck WITH or WITHOUT Ineffa. Same goes to other his supports. Literally all DPS characters would suck if you don’t properly build them AND their supports. Same goes to Nefer. I have a Nefer but don’t have Lauma so that already affects her DMG for me, add that I don’t have a proper weapon for her and artifacts despite maxing out her talents. #GenshinImpact #flins #ineffa #columbina #nefer
