Was this legitimate? What were people actually doing? How affiliate marketing works. And how people use social media to build an online business. That was something I could understand. So instead of asking myself, “Is this too good to be true?” I started asking… “Could I actually learn how to do this?” I decided the only way I was going to know was to give myself a chance. So I started learning. One step at a time. And somewhere along the way, I realized something I wish I had understood sooner: You don’t have to believe every promise you see online. You can ask questions. You can do your research. You can learn how something works before deciding whether it’s right for you.
