After more than five decades in exile, the leader of India's largest insurgent group in the country's north-east has been allowed to return to his village. Thuingaleng Muivah, the 91-year-old chief of the National Socialist Council of Nagaland's Isak Muivah faction, has been holding peace talks with the Indian government.
