Bicolano's extended their devotion to Iñâ, by singing Resuene Vibrante together with the Pope. The Pope felt a heartfelt gratitude, after hearing this song, and said, "That's a beautiful song, the devotion to Mary, our Mother." Led by Archbishop Tito Yllana, the delegation brought to Rome the hymn that has long expressed the faith and devotion of the Bicolano people. Before the singing, Fr. Kenny gave the Pope a copy of the lyrics, which the Holy Father kept in his pocket after the encounter. They also presented the Manto of Our Lady of Peñafrancia, beautifully made by Sister Ludy Dy, D.M., who dressed the original and miraculous image of Iñâ. Viva la Virgen! Viva Iña de Peñafrancia!
