In May 2013 and Sept 2017, Philippine coast guard opened fire and rammed into Taiwanese fishing boat and killed the boatmen another time did the same act again toward Vietnamese fishing boat too, firing shots and killed fishermen. Philippine never apolagize, philippine has had a bad maritime track records for being and crossed the red line on the sea. 😳😳😳
