omggg this just happened to my friend!!! she has been dieting and working out and lost 4kg in a month, this akak in our office had the balls to tell her that she doesn't look like she lost any weight and maybe my friend would look smaller if she lost 10kgs. I feel like people should shut their mouth if they cannot say anything supportive about people losing weight.
