Some people genuinely enjoy documenting life. They like pictures, memories, beautiful moments, dressing up, going places, sharing things that make them happy. For them, posting isn't necessarily “Please tell me I'm worthy.” Sometimes it's simply “This happened. I loved it. I want to remember it, and maybe someone else will enjoy seeing it too.” A person can post every day and be deeply secure within themselves. Another person can post nothing and desperately need external validation. And the reverse can also be true. You cannot determine someone's emotional state simply from how much of their life they put online. Privacy is a preference, not proof of healing. Visibility is a preference, not proof of brokenness. Neither person needs to convince the other that their way of living is healthier.
