@donnarobinson726: Didn't think the pain would be this bad the day after 🙏🏼🦵🥹 I’m officially on the road to recovery! I just underwent a complex, multi-step surgery to repair torn cartilage cushions on both sides of my left knee (meniscal repair), patch up a damaged spot with a smooth cartilage graft (osteochondral grafting), and boost the whole healing process with a specialized injection of my own cells (PRP therapy). It is a major fix with a strict rehabilitation road ahead, but I have a great medical team and I'm ready to tackle physical therapy. Thank you all so much for the love, prayers, and support!
