My daughter was diagnosed with this condition. So I started paying close attention to when she gets the flare ups. It was sugar for her. We cut it back to next to no sugar. She was 13 years old then now she is 18 years old with no flare up to date.

my step mom has this. growing up I had to help her drain everyday it hurt me seeing her crying and in pain everyday.

I have had this for over 20 years, a few tips to control it, only wear 100 percent cotton bras and underwear, no fragrances use all clean and clear to wash clothes. Use antibacterial soap like dial, when you get out of shower or bath, make sure underarms and under breast and other area completely dry, use a blow dryer if in a hurry. Best deodorant is sure, non scented. These tips have helped me. If you have a bra with underwear cut it out. Best of luck to my hs warriors. We got this. Doxycycline also helps if you have a dermatologist and keep your stress levels down.❤️

that's what happens to my mom, she had it on both of her arms and had to get them removed when she was a teenager, I'm pretty sure she still has a scar of them
