Well that is untrue. America taxes based on global income and assets, yet has the highest number of billionaires. If super rich leave make them feel consequences (no access to UK markets, no influence of policy, the super rich have to live somewhere, I know Reform wont want to steel American billionaires as Sugar Daddy Trump will be mad.. but to reverse the US motto NO Representation WITHOUT Taxation
