@landri_liftsalot: I’m honored to share that I’ll be speaking at the Mr. Olympia on the Mental Health Panel at Bench for Brothers, the first annual men’s mental health nonprofit event, September 26th at the Mr. Olympia Expo in Las Vegas. Same bar. Bigger purpose. Stronger tomorrow. This one hits close to home for me. As a military veteran and someone who has lived through my own battles, I know what it means when someone shows up for you when you are struggling in silence. Strong people help people, and this weekend is proof of that. Two days of panels, a bench setup on the main stage, and a goal of half a million pounds lifted for suicide awareness for men.
