Having both run my own firm and worked in corporate...Corporate is filled with low talent, medium effort people who relentlessly pursue max credit with minimum personal work over generating real value/results for the customer. I would guess 15% of the heads in Corporate do 80% of the work...The rest of you are so replaceable after the first time it happens you will never be the same.

PowerPoint should be outlawed for internal shit. Who gaf about making shit look pretty to present to your own coworkers. Just throw the bullet points in an email, word doc or an excel sheet….same font size, no pics.
