Will this be the same for the new exception of medically frail for those of us who can work but can’t always make the 20 hours a week? (Not in disability just in regular Medicaid coverage)

She is spot on ! Listen to her. It’s also super easy to get it for children who are diabetic. I did it . Especially if they are taking insulin. However it can be income based. So if you make a lot of money don’t waste your time unless you need it for purpose’s of getting Medicaid.

I talked to a lawyer he told me i wldnt get disability because I didnt look sick. when I went in to see the judge I told him what the lawyer said and he said sometimes you can't see it and i got mine.

I have metal rods on my spine from top of my shoulders to my tale bone.. I’ve been denied 10 times I can’t stand on my feet 8 hours a day I can barely move most days honestly legs go numb horrible pain no one cares

I have had 23 surgeries with (4) more to come….. when I went in front of the judge, he expedited my check to start ASAP….. I was very fortunate…..

That’s exactly what my surgeon told the judge I have to take 20 minute breaks every 10 minutes to go lay down so so forth

or how about I cant stand on my feet and I get randy Nassau and my headache are so bad I have to have medicine to help with that. I want to work but its very hard for me to do so. I have CRPS

My sister was in a wheelchair, had only use of one arm (due to a massive stroke) and was blind in one eye.... took years to be approved for disability.

I can’t concentrate, I can’t focus, I’m always behind. However, my trauma responses is hiding it and wearing myself out so much that I can’t function after work. How do I show proof of that? Do I have to noticeably fail at work and potentially get fired in the mean time ?

Exactly. if I was a judge, and someone was telling me their medical history, I would be like, "I can read." And, if you simply tell me what I can read and what's not relevant, I would assume you are BS'ing me. I want to hear and understand what I can't read.
