This happened to my friend. They broke in and changed the locks. We had to call the police and tell them we are moving in with them. When the squatters found out we was also moving in with them they left!

Squatting is illegal. First these squatters should be removed from the property by the police after proving ownership by the owner. then let the courts decide.
