Behind these cards are real residents, real families, real caregivers, real decisions, real mistakes, real boundaries, real burnout, real conversations, and real situations I have had to work through. This is the same knowledge I would bring if someone called me and said: “Nadine, can you sit down with our family and help us understand what we’re dealing with?” That kind of knowledge has value.
