So I’m a bit autistic and I pay attention to every little detail I think I’m gonna do two jars I’ll boil the jars and then put purified water in them, leave them under the moon. I’ll leave one jar out in the sun and another in a dark place and see what happens each day with pictures and notes. I’ll probably do it every month as well to see the difference. I’ll also mark what each full moon is called

I taught on a Native American reservation, and the girls and women referred to getting their periods as “being on their moon,” and it was a sacred time. Some parents still called their daughters out of school for it, because they are believed to be so powerful and they really needed to protect that energy.
