Mines a rescue and I dont think she was fed veggies and I cant get her to eat any but I offer insects all the time.... they dont have veggies in the desert so I dont understand why they are meant to eat them.

Red Dirt Beardies & More :
This is great, Iโve had quite some arguments as a breeder with other people regarding water bowls. As a soon to be Barbata, Henrylawsoni and Minor Minor breeder I find it stunning how toxic the community has been and how we (the U.S.) traded structural integrity for the Morph Craze. Iโve been seeing your stuff for a while and have to say I gladly appreciate you talking about structural integrity! Thank you for putting this out there and all the information you do put out!

I personally don't use water bowls. One of my boys poop in it, and then he's tried to drink it. I mist greens, properly gut load feeders and offer a bowl 2-3x a week! It's worked great :) going on 2 yrs strong and 1yr strong with my 1yr old!

People will see my bearded dragon drinking & tell me I shouldnt give her a water bowl because of humidity. Oh and itโs an even bigger fit if Iโm misting.๐ I donโt even pay attention to the gauges anymore, I can look at the plants and soil to see what my viv needs. In the UK, under the Animal Welfare Act, it is their right as an animal in captivity to have access to fresh drinking water. Even my feeder bugs have a source of clean water. Itโs just crazy to think they would never need it, water and sunlight go together & make life whole.
