I used to think building something new would require a much more predictable schedule than mine. You know... A certain time every morning. A few uninterrupted hours every afternoon. A nice, organized routine where everything happens exactly when I planned it. 😄 That sounds lovely. It's also not what my life looks like. Some days I know exactly how my day will go. Other days, plans change. And sometimes the time I thought I'd have to work on Faceless Jane simply isn't there. So here's what I'm learning to do differently: I'm building around the time I actually HAVE. Not the time I wish I had. Sometimes that means getting several things done when an unexpected stretch of free time opens up. Sometimes it means preparing content ahead of time because I know I won't be available to post later. Sometimes it means adjusting my plans instead of treating every interruption like a failure. And sometimes? It means accepting that today just isn't going to be a business-building day. I'm still figuring out how to make all of this work. I haven't cracked some secret productivity code. But I'm learning that I don't need every day to look the same in order to keep building. I need a way to make progress that can bend when real life does. And I think that's something a lot of busy women need to hear. You don't have to wait for a completely different life before you begin creating more options for your future. Start with the life you have. The time you have. And the next manageable thing you can do. More Freedom. Less Fame.
