We bought a pellet stove in 2014 when fuel prices at 4.20 a gallon, that was with inflation just about as expensive back then as it is now. We have a two story 3 bedroom home and pellets keep us toasty all winter for under 3k.❤️

Heating oil? I’m from Alabama and we use natural gas. I don’t know that I’ve ever heard heating oil before.

people are going to freeze in this state unfortunately our governor is no where to be found to tell us what we especially the elderly are going to do to stay warm and as for heat pumps be careful your electricity bill will go up dramatically

CT here. I have no idea what to do. I supplement with electric but that is crazy expensive too. I already do plastic on my windows. And I’m what they coincider “middle class” I’m struggling and will go into debt to pay. But I worry that people are going to freeze to death that don’t have that option. It really is that serious.
