Your medical records and activities of daily living have to be consistent with what you say to the judge. You can say what you want, but the entire file has to be consistent. I have 35 years adjudication and managing disability claims.

I went to the Dr they send us to during our application. Can you do this and that? I showed him that I could do some of that and he told me.. don't hurt yourself. He told me that honest people try to show what they can do, even if limited. The scammers say they can't do anything much at all. He said.. they walk into my office and walk into the room, but when I all them if they can bend or other, they claim they can't. But they just did.

I been trying since 2021 to get disability and have been denied over 6 times and I have seizures and a brain AVM so disability is a joke to apply for
