Spravato was suggested to me by multiple prescribers including last week by my current prescriber. Thank goodness my psychologist was like NO with emphasis and his eyes bugged out! Like thank you because as we have discussed, anything that increases dopamine makes things catastrophic for me given that I have MDD with psychotic features as well as other conditions that get exacerbated by increases in dopamine. Unfortunately, I’m at the point that I’ve tried nearly everything that I can for depression and have had very negative experiences. I’m kind of stuck on where to go from here, and I agree, TMS seems kind of scary. 😅
