He was Philly’s Trump and we loved him. He got ish done. Even in childhood we knew he was not to be messed with. Fun fact, my father ran a campaign headquarters for him in the 70’s. He stopped in to say thanks and meet our family. Gave us kids signed $2 bills.

His brother was nice too! Joe Rizzo Sr. and little me 😂 Philadelphia Fire Commissioner. I grew up and worked with his son. He took the picture home to show his dad and his dad remembered me after 20 years, signed the puc. He said “I remember her, she was funny she didn’t want to wear the hat in the picture”. He signed the picture 20 years later for me ❤️
