@chanelasamoah: Let's normalize teaching our children that real monsters exist beyond Halloween and TV screens. These monsters often walk in human form: vampires, parasites, killers, predators, clowns, and so on. Many refer to this as 'demon time' or 'demon energy.' They don't always wear masks; they often fully disguise themselves and look like normal people, which is what truly makes them scary. Monsters in human form are sometimes those who have suffered horrifying, terrible experiences that they never truly healed from. In turn, they become that experience for others. Most of us are born innocent, but then something happens that changes us, sometimes forever. We can become the worst version of ourselves, tormenting and torturing others out of a selfish need for revenge and redemption. Great examples of this are Freddy Krueger, Jason, and Michael Myers. All were normal, some with unique qualities that caused cruelty from others. Krueger was tortured and thrown in a furnace; as a result, his fury burned his soul, and what he couldn't heal from became the motivation to return the favor to an entire community. His nightmare became their nightmare, hence Nightmare on Elm Street. Similar situations occurred with Jason, Michael, Candyman, Bloody Mary, etc. The part that many forget is that they weren't always the monsters; people created the monsters in them. #RealMonsters #HumanNature #LifeLessons #btkministries #InnocenceLost
