💔 PLEASE READ. PLEASE SHARE. A MESSAGE FROM A MOTHER IN GAZA. 🇵🇸 I am sharing this message from a dear friend of mine in Gaza. I will keep her identity private because she is frightened enough already, and her safety and the safety of her children matter more than anything. if you wish to help and donate, please comment and I'll send you the link 🙏❤️‍🩹 These are not words from a news report. They are the words of a real person I care deeply about, a woman who should be able to hold her children close without fearing for their lives. She sent me this message: “Please pray for us, because bullets are being fired directly at us. We are near the Yellow Line. We're getting ready to lie flat on the ground right now. Please pray for our safety. And if we die, please remember us kindly.” Please stop for a moment and let those words sink in. A mother is lying on the ground with her children while bullets are being fired at them. Imagine the fear in her heart as she tries to protect the little lives she loves more than her own. Imagine being unable to promise your children that everything will be okay because you are terrified yourself. And in the middle of this unimaginable fear, she shared another heartbreaking thought: “I'll try to sleep now, hoping that when I wake up, I'll find that something, even something very small, has come true.” Something very small. While so many of us hope for ordinary things, this mother is hoping for something small to change. For safety. For relief. For a moment when she and her children can breathe without fear. For a morning when they are still here, still together, and still have a reason to hope. 💔 No mother should ever have to ask strangers to remember her kindly in case she and her children die. No child should have to lie on the ground praying that the bullets will stop. No human being should have to live with this kind of fear. I am sharing her words because the people living through this nightmare are more than headlines, numbers, or distant stories. They are mothers, fathers, children, friends, and families with hearts that love, dreams they still hold onto, and lives that deserve protection. Please do not scroll past simply because the pain is difficult to read. Behind every message like this is a human being hoping someone will listen, someone will care, and someone will help the world remember that they are still here. If you are able, please share this post, speak about the people of Gaza, support trustworthy humanitarian relief efforts, and help amplify the voices of those who are frightened and struggling to survive. Even when we cannot physically reach someone, we can refuse to let their suffering be ignored. To my dear friend: I love you. I am thinking of you, praying for you, and hoping with all my heart that you and your children remain safe. You are not forgotten. Your life matters. Your children's lives matter. You deserve peace, dignity, safety, and a future filled with something more than fear. May the world never become so accustomed to suffering that it forgets how to care. Please share her words. Please remember the humanity of Gaza. Please keep praying for the families who are simply trying to survive. 🇵🇸❤️🕊️
