@slytlyeasyeats: Stuffing Meatloaf 🍂 ingredients: • 1 lb ground beef • 1 box stuffing • 1/2–1 cup low sodium chicken broth • 1 white onion, diced • 2 eggs • 1/2 cup ketchup • 1/2 cup bbq sauce steps: • preheat oven to 375 • to a bowl add stuffing mix and chicken broth, mix and set aside for a few minutes so the stuffing absorbs the liquid • add the ground beef, onion, eggs and ketchup and mix • to a greased foil lined baking sheet add the meatloaf and form into a square • spread bbq sauce over the top • bake for 45–55 minutes • enjoy! #slytlysweet #meatloaf #stuffingmeatloaf #easydinner #familydinner
