Yes? It costs me significantly more in time, gas, stress, and wear on my vehicle to travel to the office than to work from home. Especially if my job can be done from home, if they want return to office then they better be making up that difference

I am 100 times more productive at home. No one to distract me, I start earlier, I am able to spend time exercising, I even don't mind working past 5 as I am already home and don't have to think about travelling back anywhere

Going back to the office just twice a week is costing me hundreds of pounds and 3h commute daily + extra childcare costs as the length of the commute means earlier drop offs and pick ups for my daughter. I fully support these people pushing back, I wish my industry had unions.

Train fares went up so much after Covid where salaries didn’t, that mean even if you wanted to commute more the fare makes it’s unaffordable. salary def needs to go up or transport costs covered
