they used to be someone's small little baby at one time, they still are someone's child but the life we/they chose and is completely on us and I say that cause I was like this before and if we refuse the help that again is a choice only we can make a change and really want it if drugs are involved. but if it's money the economy has failed us and made it so hard to live these days for rent and food.
