As a retired ER nurse and paramedic, I'm glad to see I wasn't the only one that saw what was going on with how he was being transported. They were not stabilizing his neck on that board at all if you look he was continuous lifting his neck up. His head should have been taped down to that board, that is trauma 101. Plus all of the jostling and them having the problem with the stretcher not being able to get it up it was very painful to watch.
