I live in Hartford City Indiana and those pictures are not Hartford City!!!! my family worked in all of the different glass factories but my family lived on the south side of town where that had been a large glass factory which has been gone for many years my family bought the land where the factory once was.there is a hill which we call "Glass Hill " it seemed much larger as a kid but we played on it and then our kids played on it for years we have collected glass from there the name of this factory was the Fulton glass founded in 1929 by George Fulton

That was not Harford city that was Dunkirk right next to it the biggest glass capital in the world Ball Brothers was there. Somebody was very messed up when they did this. How do I know? I’m between Hartford city and Dunkirk I live in Eaton.
