Sounds like vertigo.It seems like something so simple but it can really make you so sick and very frustrated.I was diagnosed in 2020 with severe vertigo and had to give up my job because of it.Prayers they figure out what’s going on with you soon🙏

Try to just SIP on water in between drinking the sprite. Water is your friend. Honestly, don’t push yourself if your body is telling you to rest. Let Duke take care of you. Hope you feel better soon. 💕💕💕
