What these people don’t realize coming from up north all this land that these builders are buying up and building housing developments on used to be farmland, cow pastures, swamps they literally have to bring in truckloads of sand to put down to build a foundation. I have news for you. It eventually starts to sink versus causing your foundations to crack. Go ahead keep on building more homes because there isn’t enough drainage and some areas are going to be back underwater again. don’t say we didn’t tell you so.
