My hair care routine probably isn't your hair care routine. And that's okay! One of the biggest things I learned on my hair care journey is that healthy hair is about understanding the building blocks of hair care and creating a system that works for your hair. Your hair has different needs. Your lifestyle is different. Your styling habits are different. Your goals may even be different. What works for me may not work for you.. and what works for you today may change a year from now. A complete hair care routine is more than shampoo and conditioner. It's understanding: 🌿 How to cleanse your hair 🌿 When to use moisture and when to use protein 🌿 How to hydrate your strands 🌿 How to seal in that hydration 🌿 Which styles help you retain length 🌿 How to care for your scalp 🌿 When your ends need attention We buy products and hope for the best. But length retention isn't luck, it’s consistently over time. You just need a routine that makes sense for your hair and that you can realistically stick to.
