The call came at 11 AM on a Tuesday.
The call came at 11 AM on a Tuesday. "You need to pick up Cooper. Today. And he can't come back until this is handled." My stomach dropped. "What happened? Did he bite someone?" "No. But his skin condition is getting worse and we're worried it's contagious. The other owners are complaining." I was humiliated. When I picked him up, the manager pulled me aside: "Look, I love Cooper. But I have a business to run. Fix whatever this is, then we can talk." --- Cooper's skin had been bad for months. Hot spots. Patchy fur. Constant scratching. But I didn't think it was THAT noticeable. Apparently, it was. I'd already been to the vet THREE times: • Allergy testing: $340 • Medicated shampoo: $52 • Prescription food: $89/bag • Steroid shots: $120 Nothing worked. Now I was losing daycare — the one place Cooper loved — because I couldn't figure this out. --- Desperate, I posted in a dog mom Facebook group: "My dog got kicked out of daycare for skin issues. Vet can't figure it out. Help." Dozens of comments flooded in. But one stood out: "Stop treating symptoms. Test his collagen production. Changed my dog's life." I'd never heard of that. She explained dogs lose collagen ability from stress, age, or genetics. And when they do, skin literally can't repair itself. She recommended Taily Collagen. Vet-formulated. Bioavailable. Made for skin repair. $34 on paypal link. At that point, what did I have to lose? --- Week 1: Scratching noticeably decreased. Week 3: Hot spots started closing — actually HEALING. Week 5: Bald patches had visible fuzz. Week 7: His coat looked thick and healthy again. Week 8: I emailed the daycare manager with photos. She responded within an hour: "Bring him in for a trial day. Whatever you did WORKED." --- Cooper's been back at daycare for 3 months now. No issues. No complaints. And the manager? She keeps my before-and-after photos to show other owners when their dogs have skin problems. --- Total spent on failed treatments: $780 Cost to actually fix him: $68 (two months of collagen). --- Here's what nobody tells you: Chronic skin issues that don't respond to normal treatment usually aren't allergies. They're collagen deficiency. And when your dog can't make enough collagen: • Skin can't heal • Fur falls out • Hot spots keep coming back • Nothing fixes it Because you're not addressing what's actually broken. --- Getting kicked out of daycare was humiliating. But it forced me to stop relying on expensive prescriptions and find what actually worked. Sometimes you need a Facebook stranger to tell you what your vet won't. 👆 Link in bio. The collagen that got my dog back into daycare — and his life back. --- #DogDaycare #DogHealth #TailyCollagen #HotSpots #dogskinissues

No fim, algumas palavras atravessam o tempo. E o reconhecimento de um grande artista continua tendo valor, mesmo anos depois. #marianafagundescy #mjmusiccy #mariliamendonça
