Idk if anyone does this but the second I see a migraine aura, I immediately take paracetamol + drowsy cold meds, take a half day off work/class, and sleep immediately. Wake up with zero headache. First had it back in 2024, suffered through the pain for hours, and kept trying everything until I found this hack and it worked for me.
