I hated this song, not because it’s bad, but it tells a story how loving while unhealed is very destructive, it’s not your partner’s obligation to heal you from your past, because their role is to prevent and to limit those traumas to trigger. You don’t seek cure to other people, healing must start from you, I know healing is not linear and takes time, but we shouldn’t lean it to someone and expect them to take those pains away, which isn’t their fault to begin with. It’s selfish and will end up hurting each other. I hated this song because some part of me relate to it.
