I have CPSTD & OCD. Sometimes people will ask if I have ADHD because sometimes the symptoms overlap. I can’t remember much of my childhood due to trauma so how can I identify if it is infact ADHD?

I was diagnosed with ADHD. Got prescribed stimulants then went into hypomania from the stimulant then it happened again. And then got diagnosed with bipolar disorder? How is this not stemmed from the stimulants? Been going through this journey for 3 years still trying to find a good regimen for me 😪

To add to that, as a woman, when I'm near my period my hormones change and my adhd isn't as well managed. And with PMDD that can look bipolar if you don't notice it's cyclical to a specific time in your cycle when your hormones drop.

Im cuban and over there they dont believe in the study of the mind lol. U either a normal person or you are mentally ill and cannot live with society.. lol so there are a lot of undiagnosed cubans like my father. They are growing old and their actions and words, you can tell they are undiagnosed. It gets really bad when u get older. Dont take mental health for granted people🥰

I was in foster care and told my whole childhood and young adulthood that I was bipolar. Found a doctor who actually listened to me. Im on ADHD meds and I feel so much better. I feel like I have a life!

Ok what if I have all of them? Is that possible? I’ve been diagnosed with bipolar for about 12/13 years. Been diagnosed with adhd. But the crazy mood swings and other things with bpd makes sense with me. My intense mood swings are not improved with any of my meds
