@trayofcravings: Seoul Taco in River North Chicago puts a Korean twist on Mexican classics, and their elote quesadilla was easily my favorite. What I ordered:

The Corn Elote Quesadilla (8.5/10) was top tier. Super cheesy and saucy with plenty of corn and the perfect amount of elote toppings. Adding chicken made it even better. Nothing crazy, just a really good quesadilla. The Spicy Pork Taco (7/10) was great with a nice savory, spicy flavor. The Beef Bulgogi Burrito (6/10) was saucy with a good meat to rice ratio, but both burritos tasted like Korean rice bowls wrapped in a tortilla, which wasn't really my thing. The Chicken Burrito (4/10) had noticeably less meat and was mostly rice. Everything is pretty sauce-heavy with a mayo-based sauce, so the food feels filling.
