Recite the following (each 7 times): Surah Al-Fatiha - 7 times Ayat al-Kursi- 7 times The last two ayas of Surah Al-Baqarah- 7 times آمَنَ الرَّسُولُ بِمَا أُنزِلَ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ رَبِّهِ وَالْمُؤْمِنُونَ كُلّ آمَنَ بِاللَّهِ وَمَلَائِكَتِهِ وَكُتُبِهِ وَرُسُلِهِ لَا نُفَرِّقٌ بَيْنَ أَحَدٍ مَن رُسُلِهِ وَقَالُوا سَمِعْنَا وَأَطَعْنَاً غُفْرَانَكَ رَبَّنَا وَإِلَيْكَ الْمَصِيرُ ان لمينا إل الخطابة قاولا يمل علينا إصرا كما خماية على الدين ان فيلها إينا ول تحملا مالطافة لن بة فات عنا هر له وار عندا أنن فوالا فَانصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكَافِرِينَ The Three Quls - 7 times each: Surah Al-ikhlas Surah Al-Falaq • Surah An-Nas Then recite the duaa for protection (7 times): أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَةٍ، وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لامَّةٍ Perform this twice dailv after Fair and hefore Maahrih Water method: Recite all of these and blow into a jug of water. Add Zamzam water if available. After each set of 7 recitations of a surah or duaa, blow into the water. Continue refilling the jug before it runs out and keep using it. I make my duas after donnne Also add this powerful dua in ruqiya: بِسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ، مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ يُؤْذِيكَ، مِنْ شَرَّ كُلِّ نَفْسِ أَوْ عَيْن حَاسِدٍ. اللَّهُ يَشْفِيكَ، بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ أَرْقِيكَ. {Ref : Sahih Muslim 2186} This dua was taught by Angel Jibraeel (a.s) to Prophet Muhammad 3 when the prophets was unwell. #fy #muslimtiktok
