I'm 8 days out from a 7 year relationship.. I did cord cutting, reiki and a heap of other spiritual stuff. 100% feel so much better. In my defence, I was basically starved of attention and affection anyway, so it's not much different now 😅

7 year relationship , been 11 years since it ended and I am still not over it. It feels like it happened yesterday. But there was cheating involved, not on my end, and she was my first love so that is why it feels the way it does. I feel the only way out is therapy at this point.

I don’t love him anymore but I’m sooo hurt that he knew my biggest wound was abandonment and told me “I’ll always be here for you” and that he isn’t going anywhere just for him to abandon me and tell me be never wants to talk to me again. It’s just spiteful.

Im going onto week 10….. much better. Actually kind of glad its over. I took lexapro forst few weeks to stop the rumination. Emdr therapy at home helped.
