Air Fryer Lemon Ricotta & Meatball Stuffed Shells Makes 4-6 Servings Ingredients: 20 jumbo pasta shells 16-20 Simek’s Italian Meatballs 24 oz marinara sauce Lemon Ricotta Filling 🍋 (Comment YUM and I’ll DM you the recipe!) 8 oz Galbani Whole Milk Mozzarella, shredded Crispy breadcrumbs Fresh basil, for finishing Parmesan, for finishing Directions: Cook the pasta shells in salted boiling water until just shy of al dente. Drain and cool slightly. Spread marinara in the bottom of an air-fryer-safe baking dish. Fill each shell with the lemon ricotta filling and a Simek’s Italian meatball, then arrange them in the marinara. Spoon a little more marinara around the shells and top with Galbani Whole Milk Mozzarella. Cover tightly with foil and air fry at 350°F for 8–10 minutes. Carefully remove the foil, top with crispy breadcrumbs, and air fry uncovered for another 4–6 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and the top is golden.
