This is the kind of stuff that makes my nerdy little Beauty Alchemist brain VERY happy. 😂 I’ve listened to this more than once—not because I didn’t understand it, but because there are about twelve different directions I want to take the conversation. The party example, though? THAT is such a simple way to start thinking about it. 👀 He starts talking about being at a party with people you haven't seen in ten years. A song comes on — THE song, the one from when you were fourteen — and everybody's up. Instantly. No decision made. And your friend who's standing right there, who's a great guy, just... doesn't feel it. Because he wasn't there. 🎶 Same song. Same room. Same air hitting everybody's ears. Completely different thing happening in the two of you. I've felt that exact thing a hundred times and never once thought about what it actually means. That something can move through a room and land in one person's whole body and pass straight through the person standing next to them. He goes a lot further than that—and THIS is exactly the kind of science I can nerd out on for hours. 🤓 But I'm not going to turn this caption into a dissertation, because the idea underneath it is what I really want you to think about. But it's the same idea underneath everything I've been talking about for two weeks — that you're not just chemistry. You're energy too, and almost nobody talks to that part of you. Nutrition is the fuel. Frequency is the spark. ⚡️ Anyway. I could absolutely nerd out on the science with you, but that's not really the point of this post.
