@teawithmd: Hair loss and damage treatments are NOT one-size-fits-all. 👀 Here’s what I’d choose depending on what you’re dealing with:   👉 Female pattern hair loss: Biotin gummies aren’t treating the underlying cause. 5% minoxidil is a go-to, and for the right patient, minoxidil + spironolactone can be even more effective.   👉 Perimenopausal hair thinning: Skip the castor oil. Spironolactone + a topical scalp serum like @kerativhair Redensify Treatment Serum is my pick.   👉 Hair shedding: I’m skipping the heavy scalp oils. LED therapy can be a great addition, and I also like pairing it with a topical scalp serum with ingredients like Kopexil.   👉 Receding frontal hairline: I prefer 5% minoxidil over 2%, and in certain patients, combining 5% minoxidil with tretinoin may help.   👉 Hair breakage: Put down the tight slick-backs.
